Even the name, written entirely in katakana, means “Delicious Snack.” There is so much about it that sparks curiosity.
It costs 162 yen and contains 90 grams.
The best-before date is printed on the back. Mine was about two months after the purchase date.
There is a thoughtfully placed notch to make the bag easy to open.
That means you do not have to worry about forcing it open and scattering the snacks everywhere!
They look like the familiar twisted fried rice crackers often seen in Japan.
How Does Kyushoku Cheese Taste?
Now, let us try one.
It is crisp, light, and has the satisfying flavor of twisted crackers from a good rice-cracker shop.
The mellow cheese powder makes them difficult to stop eating. They truly live up to the name “Oishii Oyatsu,” or “Delicious Snack”!
Sanshin also offered several other flavors of these twisted crackers, all in similarly eccentric packages.
At only 162 yen per bag, they are affordable, and the amusing, eye-catching package makes them ideal as a small souvenir.
Neither the giver nor the recipient needs to feel burdened, so it is an easy gift to choose.
