Peanut Prince (Yamasu): A Light Snack Accented by the Crunch of Peanuts

ピーナッツ王子

I bought this at Ichikawa PA in Chiba Prefecture.

The package has a stylish peanut-and-crown design, and the Yamasu company mark looks tasteful as well.

It also prominently notes that the peanuts are grown in Yachimata, Chiba. After all, Chiba is famous for peanuts.

The best-before date is printed on every bag, which is helpful when handing them out individually.

Peanut Prince snack

These fried rice crackers are wonderfully crisp and light.
The crunchy peanuts provide a pleasing accent.
The saltiness is gentle without being too faint, and you can taste the peanuts’ natural sweetness. They are very delicious.

The small bite-sized pieces are easy to eat.

Each packet is about the size of a single-serving Baby Star Ramen bag, yet it contains enough to feel satisfying.

Despite containing five packets, the product is light and compact, which is helpful when your hands are already full of luggage.

A new Salt Lemon Prince version was also on sale, so I would like to try that next!
