This particular day was rather hectic, and I never managed to get ramen for lunch. Just as I was thinking that I had ended up with an unusually healthy meal, I spotted some delicious-looking tsukemen at Hanyu Service Area on the outbound side, so I decided to buy it as a souvenir for myself.

My Review After Preparing and Eating Ganja Tsukemen
Because these are thick noodles, they need to boil for eight to ten minutes.
I topped it with green onion and shredded nori.
The chewy, thick noodles hold the rich, slightly viscous soup beautifully. The soup is extremely tasty, packed tightly with seafood umami and sweetness!
I finished it in no time.
It was so good that I even drank down all the soup left in the bowl!
I wish I had had a seasoned boiled egg to add, just like the one pictured on the package.
Getting three servings of tsukemen this delicious for ¥1,080, without having to wait in line at the shop, feels like a bargain.
This is an irresistible souvenir for ramen lovers.
