Trying Funassyi Pear-Juice Drinking Yogurt
Because pieces of Japanese pear are mixed into the yogurt, the straw is slightly wider than an ordinary one.
As this is drinking yogurt, I shook the bottle thoroughly before tasting it.
It was much richer than expected!
Funassyi is famous for shouting “Pear juice, splash!” so I imagined a relatively thin drink. Instead, the yogurt was luxurious, mellow, and satisfyingly thick.
Its gentle creaminess and mild pear sweetness were wonderfully soothing.
The small pieces of Japanese pear had a pleasant texture. I drank it slowly, almost as though I were eating it, to appreciate every piece.
The comical package gives no indication that the contents are such an authentic and delicious drinking yogurt.
A row of these adorable Funassyi bottles in the refrigerator would make anyone feel cheerful.
Even after finishing the drink, my child refused to let me throw away the bottle, insisting on keeping it as a decoration.
