My impression of Tirolian
I bought Tirolian at the souvenir area inside Hakata Station.

Tirolian is a baked Fukuoka confection made by Chidoriya Sohonke, the company also known for the local sweet Chidori Manju. Inspired by rolled cookies from Austria’s Tyrol region, it consists of a light, crisp roll filled with smooth cream.
In Fukuoka it has long been enjoyed by people of many ages as an approachable Western-style sweet and is frequently selected for souvenirs and formal gifts. The cookie breaks with a satisfying crunch, while the cream is moderately sweet and pairs well with tea or coffee.
Tirolian has been sold for more than forty years.
