It emphasizes ingredients, preparation, and seasoning; processing is handled at its own factory in the prefecture, with production, processing, and sales managed consistently.

The most convenient shop is Omiyage-dokoro Sendai on the second floor inside Sendai Station. It is only a few minutes from the ticket gates and particularly useful for travelers short on time. The station has a remarkable number of Miyagi specialties, but Kisuke deserves attention among them. It is an excellent request for a parent returning from a business trip, too.

Another shop is in the Food Garden on the basement floor of Sendai Mitsukoshi, inside the arcade where the famous Tanabata Festival is held. It requires a walk from Sendai Station, but the central arcade is full of shops and makes a pleasant route for browsing.
