I purchased it this time at Shin-Aomori Station, but you can find Ragnoo shops all over Aomori Prefecture. It’s truly a pastry shop unique to the region.
What makes Ragnoo special is that their cakes are sold for about half the price of those at Tokyo cake shops, making it a long-loved favorite among locals.
This Aomori Apple Caramel contains 100 grams and costs only around 200 yen, making it an excellent souvenir to share with multiple people!

Each piece is a cute, bite-sized 2 cm in diameter.
The texture is similar to soft candy. It has a smooth, milky flavor and melts beautifully in your mouth. At the same time, you can enjoy the refreshing taste of apple juice, making it a treat that both adults and children will love.
It uses juice from the “Fuji” apples grown in Aomori, giving it a rich flavor reminiscent of apple-flavored soft serve ice cream. Highly recommended!
